For Datacard Group systems: SD260, SD260L & SD360, to delete a print job that is stuck in the print manager queue do the following:

1. From command prompt, run “net stop spooler”

2. From Task Manager, end the print filter pipeline process (printfilterpipelinesvc.exe)

3. From command prompt, delete all files in c:windowssystem32spoolprinters

4. From command prompt, run “net start spooler”

**An alternative to Steps 1 & 4 is to stop the print spooler service and then restart it. Go to Control Panel- Administrative Tools- Services.
