Can Webkinz codes be reused?

You may only reuse a code once, after one code is reused the code will no longer be valid for use on the Webkinz World servers. ONLY Webkinz Pet codes may be used, any other code will not work and will just confuse the system, also make sure that you type the code correctly!

How do you get your old Webkinz account back?

If you wish to reactivate an archived account and you remember your login credentials, simply attempt to login to your Webkinz World account to initiate the automatic account recovery process. You will be able to login to your account after 24 hours.

If you have encountered a technical issue with your Webkinz mobile application, you should first try to restart your device. While doing so, please make sure to completely shut down your device and then restart. If this does not correct the issue for you, reboot your device by holding down the home button and the lock button simultaneously until your device reboots. If rebooting your device also fails to correct the problem, you will need to contact support so that we can assist you in further troubleshooting your issue.
